- The hosted site includes a responsive layout, HTTPS, your editable service and contact information, and an optional booking-request form.
- Requests appear in your management portal.
- Your team confirms availability; live scheduling, reminders, customer payments, and email hosting are not included.
One monthly site bill, a separate domain decision
Twelve payments at $20 total $240 for a year of site hosting.
- There is no DIY setup charge and no annual hosting commitment in that calculation.
- An included SYSTALOG address avoids a domain purchase.
- An optional done-for-you build is a separate service quoted before work starts.
- Connecting a domain you already own has no extra SYSTALOG connection fee; keep paying your registrar for its renewal.
- For a newly purchased domain, review the exact registration and renewal quote.
- Do not treat a hosting cancellation as cancellation of a separately registered domain.
Cancellation and planning your next host
Manage the website subscription through the billing controls in your portal.
- Canceling renewal and deleting your account are different actions.
- Review the end date in billing; when hosting access ends, the site is no longer served as an active published site.
- Keep your own copies of important copy, images, and business records.
- This builder does not promise a one-click export to WordPress or another provider.
- Before moving, discuss your content, domain control, forms, customer records, and the replacement site with support.
- Prepare the new site and test it before redirecting your domain.
- Moving DNS does not recreate the old page or its request inbox.
Support and recovery expectations
Contact SYSTALOG with the affected site address, what you expected, and what happened.
- Do not send account passwords, payment-card details, or private customer records through a public contact form.
- We can help identify whether the issue concerns editing, publication, billing, or domain connection.
- Draft and published versions are separate, but they are not a customer-accessible history of every edit.
- The template plan does not advertise a guaranteed backup retention period, self-service restore tool, or uptime service-level agreement.
- If your business needs contractual recovery or availability requirements, agree on a written scope before relying on them.
