K9Codex (sometimes searched as K9 Codex) is K9 training management software from SYSTALOG.ai. Handlers log training sessions, keep K9 profiles and certification dates current, and export reports. It's a free iPhone download from the App Store, and it also runs on the web and as a Mac app. Web team seats are $10 per seat a month.
What should a K9 training log record?
The dog and handler, date, exercise or discipline, how long, conditions, the goal, the result and follow-up notes. Add evaluator and review details when they apply. Your agency or certifying body decides which fields are required, so check a sample export before you switch.
Can several handlers and a supervisor share one unit?
Yes. Handlers log their own work, supervisors review and sign off, and admins manage the workspace. Each role only sees the controls it needs.
Can K9Codex produce training reports?
Yes. Filter by dog, handler, dates or discipline and export training, certification, field activity and change history. K9Codex keeps the record organized; your agency's policy and certification rules still decide what counts.
Does it work for private kennels and academies?
