Who needs a paid seat in Vendor Manager?
Each person on your team who reviews documents or works the renewal queue uses a seat. Vendors who sign in to upload their own certificates and forms are free guests.
Can vendors upload their own documents?
Yes. Each vendor gets private access to upload files to its own record. Your team still reviews every file and records its expiration date.
Can an assistant make changes for me?
Yes, in supported workspaces. Ask in plain words and the assistant prepares the change. You see exactly what will change and approve it first, and your normal permissions still apply. Each plan includes an AI allowance; everything still works by hand when it runs out.
Do I need a SYSTALOG website to use these?
No. Every product except Website Follow-up works on its own. Website Follow-up comes included with a published SYSTALOG website.
Can I buy the software outright?
Request a scoped buyout quote. The quote defines the software, license and handoff. Ongoing hosting, provider usage and support are separate; a buyout does not promise unlimited services forever.
