Each person on your side who reviews candidates, moves them between stages or coordinates interviews uses a seat.
Does it read resumes for me?
It can pull facts from a resume for your team to check. People on your team review those facts and make every hiring decision. Job-board publishing is not included.
Can an assistant make changes for me?
Yes, in supported workspaces. Ask in plain words and the assistant prepares the change. You see exactly what will change and approve it first, and your normal permissions still apply. Each plan includes an AI allowance; everything still works by hand when it runs out.
Do I need a SYSTALOG website to use these?
No. Every product except Website Follow-up works on its own. Website Follow-up comes included with a published SYSTALOG website.
Can I buy the software outright?
Request a scoped buyout quote. The quote defines the software, license and handoff. Ongoing hosting, provider usage and support are separate; a buyout does not promise unlimited services forever.
