K9Codex supports email and password, Sign in with Apple, and Google sign-in. Session access is handled through Supabase authentication.
iPhone users can enable Face ID as a local app lock. Sensitive account actions require an authenticated session.
Training records, reviews, and material changes retain user and timestamp context so authorized teams can understand the record history.
The production app uses encrypted HTTPS connections. K9 data is not used for advertising, sold to data brokers, or placed in public social feeds.
Historical document import is optional, runs through a server-side service, and keeps a human review step before extracted records are committed.
K9Codex does not claim to be CJIS validated, SOC 2 certified, or approved by a certification authority. It does not determine whether a team, handler, dog, or record satisfies a legal, evidentiary, accreditation, or agency requirement.
Each organization remains responsible for evaluating the product against its own policy, retention schedule, access requirements, and governing rules. We will answer technical and data-handling questions directly during review.
A prospective team can request a current walkthrough of authentication, roles, exports, account deletion, and the optional AI import path before placing live program data in the service.
Users can start verified account deletion from inside the iPhone app. Personal account data is deleted or anonymized. Organization records may be retained where the organization owns the record or its policy requires retention.
In-app support tickets are written to the private SYSTALOG support inbox. For procurement or security questions, contact contact@systalog.ai.
Read the current Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Material data-handling changes are reflected in those policies and App Store disclosures.
