Use a template for a focused business presence
Choose the builder when one page can explain your services, show your work, answer practical questions, and collect a booking or quote request. You can preview a complete design before entering business details and then edit the content, colors, fonts, and photos from the portal.
The plan costs $20 per month when published, with no charge for building and previewing. Hosting, SSL, edits, and booking-request management are included. A purchased domain is a separate annual cost. This route suits an owner who wants to make routine changes without commissioning a new development task.
Choose custom development for a different structure
A business with several detailed services may need separate pages, navigation, and a content structure that a single-page template cannot provide. A retailer may need a store; a service company may need customer accounts or a quoting workflow. These requirements deserve a custom scope.
Custom development also makes sense when your website needs to exchange information with existing software. Write down what data should move, who can access it, and what should happen when something fails. A studio can then estimate the integration instead of guessing from a screenshot.
Decide how customer requests should work
The builder collects a preferred time and service, and your team confirms or declines the request. It is suitable when a person should review the job before making a commitment. You can manage the request and its follow-up in the portal.
If customers must see live availability, pay a deposit, reserve a class with a capacity limit, or manage a recurring booking, describe that requirement before purchasing. These capabilities are not included in the template plan. A separate system may also be required for sensitive documents or specialized records.
Bring a short brief to the studio
List your audience, main services, existing website address, essential pages, customer actions, and any software the site must connect to. Add who will supply copy and photos, who approves the work, and the date you hope to launch. This creates a practical basis for a written quote.
You can use a template preview to communicate your preferred visual direction. If you outgrow the builder later, discuss the content, domain, and workflow that can carry forward; do not assume a one-click migration. Custom website projects are quoted separately for the agreed build and ongoing operation.
