Fitness studio software

Let members book
before they change their mind.

A simple booking experience for classes, appointments, passes, reminders, and waitlists—on the web or in your own iPhone and Android app.

The plain answer

We focus the first version on the member actions that matter: see the schedule, reserve a spot, manage a pass, and get a reminder. Staff control capacity and attendance without fighting a giant platform.

Where studios lose time and bookings

The problem should be obvious before the software starts.

These are the practical signals we look for. If none sound familiar, you probably do not need a custom build yet.

01

Desk-only booking

Members have to call or message while staff are coaching someone else.

02

No-show gaps

Reminders, cancellations, and waitlists are handled manually or not at all.

03

Generic software

You pay for dozens of features while the everyday booking flow stays clumsy.

What the first version includes

Small enough to ship. Useful enough to matter.

We keep the first build focused on the work that pays back time, prevents mistakes, or makes it easier for a customer to buy.

  • Live scheduleClasses, instructors, capacity, locations, and availability in one view.
  • Member bookingFast reservations, cancellations, waitlists, and pass tracking.
  • RemindersUseful email, text, or push notifications that reduce missed sessions.
  • Staff viewAttendance, schedule changes, member history, and simple reporting.
Is this worth building?

A quick fit check.

Probably a good fit

  • You run recurring classes or appointments
  • Members already ask to book on their phones
  • Your offering and capacity rules are clear

Probably not yet

  • You need a global gym franchise platform
  • Class rules change constantly
  • A basic calendar link already solves it

Not sure which side you are on?

Answer five short questions. We will estimate the time being lost and show the smallest sensible starting point.

Common questions

Short answers, before you reach out.

Do we need a native app?

Not always. A mobile-ready web booking experience is cheaper. Native iPhone and Android apps make sense when repeat use, passes, and push notifications justify them.

Can it take payments?

Yes. Passes, memberships, drop-ins, and deposits can use Stripe when included in the scope.

Will it replace our current system?

It can, or it can start with the member-facing workflow and connect to tools you want to keep.
