Booking systems

A booking system
your customers actually use.

Online booking built into your own website: customers pick a time, pay a deposit if you want one, and get their own reminders. Typical builds run $350 to $650 with a $35 monthly fee, and there is no per-booking commission, ever.

The plain answer

Most booking products charge per booking, per staff member, or both, and still make customers leave your site to book. We build the calendar into your website, connect it to your real availability, and charge a flat monthly fee. The booking belongs to you, not to a marketplace.

Signs the phone is your booking system

The problem should be obvious before the software starts.

These are the practical signals we look for. If none sound familiar, you probably do not need a custom build yet.

01

Booking happens during your busiest hour

Every call answered mid-job is a customer served slower and a booking taken worse.

02

No-shows cost real money

Without deposits and automatic reminders, an empty slot is pure loss you absorb quietly.

03

After-hours interest goes cold

People decide at 9pm. If they cannot book at 9pm, a competitor with online booking gets them by morning.

What the first version includes

Small enough to ship. Useful enough to matter.

We keep the first build focused on the work that pays back time, prevents mistakes, or makes it easier for a customer to buy.

  • Booking on your own siteCustomers pick a service, a person if it matters, and a time, without leaving your website.
  • Your real availabilityWorking hours, buffers, days off, and blackout dates enforced automatically.

  • Reminders that do your chasingEmail and text confirmations and reminders go out on their own.
Is this worth building?

A quick fit check.

Probably a good fit

  • Appointments or time slots drive your revenue
  • The phone interrupts the actual work
  • No-shows are a known, recurring cost

Probably not yet

  • Walk-ins are your whole business
  • One free calendar link already covers it
  • You need multi-location enterprise scheduling today

Common questions

Short answers, before you reach out.

How much does a booking system cost?

A typical build here is $350 to $650 flat, then $35 a month. Subscription products look cheaper until you add per-staff fees and per-booking charges. Ours has neither, so the comparison usually settles itself within the first year.

Can it handle deposits and cancellation windows?

Yes. Card-on-file deposits through Stripe, cancellation cutoffs, and rebooking rules are all standard scope. You decide the policy and the system enforces it politely.

What about my existing Google or Outlook calendar?

Bookings can sync to the calendar you already live in, and busy time there can block online slots so you are never double-booked.

Do you charge per booking?

No. Never. The monthly fee is flat whether you take ten bookings or a thousand. Growth should not raise your software bill.
