Jordan is assigned the move-out clean at 41 Elm Street. On site, Jordan works through the required checklist and uploads the before-and-after photos it asks for, 12 in this sample. When the job is marked complete, the office sends the property manager a report link that expires, or exports the same report as a PDF for the file. If the link should stop working early, the office revokes it.

Who needs a paid seat in Proof of Work?
Office staff and each crew member who completes checklists or uploads photos use a seat. The customer who opens a shared report link does not need an account.
Does it work without a signal?
Photos need an internet connection to upload, so a crew working without signal adds them once the phone is connected again.
Can an assistant make changes for me?
Yes, in supported workspaces. Ask in plain words and the assistant prepares the change. You see exactly what will change and approve it first, and your normal permissions still apply. Each plan includes an AI allowance; everything still works by hand when it runs out.
Do I need a SYSTALOG website to use these?
No. Every product except Website Follow-up works on its own. Website Follow-up comes included with a published SYSTALOG website.
Can I buy the software outright?
Request a scoped buyout quote. The quote defines the software, license and handoff. Ongoing hosting, provider usage and support are separate; a buyout does not promise unlimited services forever.
